Grand Cayman Beach Resort

With utterly magnificent timing, I split up with my boyfriend four days before we're supposed to be taking a trip to Grand Cayman Beach Resort. I'm wondering if any of you have been there, and if so...

Reservation seat assignment doesn't match boarding pass

My boyfriend is flying MSP-ORD this afternoon and he's a general member. He's on an A320, boarding pass is showing seat 28A and the reservation when viewed online is showing 13D. What's really weird...

Same day change

I've had few problems making a same day confirmed change, but I'm curious - what time zone do they determine the "same day" thing? Is it based on Eastern time or my local time zone or the time zone...

UA 949 ORD-PDX diverted on 6/25

MKE-MR you've been spotted!

You were traveling 5/29 IAD-SFO on flight 980 in 5A. I was traveling 6/3 ORD-PDX on flight 321 in 5B. Nice of them to have loaded the June copies of Hemispheres a bit early :)

There have been various discussions about this on here, but personally I don't think you were in the wrong. The red carpet lane is for F/GS/1K/C boarding, and nothing published says you have to board...

I had one last month on a PDX-ORD-CVG-ORD-PDX trip where they issued a $279 voucher to me. Sadly that one is far outweighed by about a dozen refares in the $50-$100 range in the last year or so.
