Me too! I applied for the refund on July 23rd, and got it back on August 12th (20 days)-- from "KLM Washington" -- so if you have a US$ ticket you should be getting the refund surprisingly quickly....

Flew the VS 332 on DEL-LHR and then DL 767 on LHR-MSP the next day. DL was much better in terms of seating; but I agree with the poster above who said that VS FAs seem more "excited" about travel....

If they had a smaller 787, I'd think it wouldn't be impossible to get enough pax to fill a plane (pre-Covid), but not sure they'd get enough paid full fare biz pax for it to be successful...

Yes, I'd agree and pick ATL, since that is more likely to have a later/earlier flight if yours is cancelled. Also, weather is *usually* better in ATL in December; that said, 10cm of snow at MSP/DTW...
