Same here, cant get any of the links to work properly on the website. Its a big pain to even do simple tasks as of now. I've switched to using my travel agent to handle these things for now.

I am not surprised by the fact that this happened on Air India. The loose jack and all the broken seats is something I have encountered across their fleet in fact even on the brand new 787's also....
