I would love to see dedicated flight attendants in PY, slightly better recline and better wine selection. SQ PY is not much better than AC but it is the little things that make a difference.

Now that Air Canada has PE in most of its widebody fleet, I predict that only 1 class upgrade will start next year, so people in economy will only be upgraded to PE and people in PE to J.

I wouldn't be surprised if Air Canada cancels those passes and refunds the money. The opportunity cost of honouring those passes is tremendous. I know a few friends who bought it.

I agree with you, I think either YVR-BOG or YVR-LIM would be profitable as they are both Star Alliance hubs (with Avianca). Both YVR-LIM or YVR-GRU would be great for Asia-South America traffic.
