I just processed an upgrade from a GV to an OWV (369/ night) for November 3-8 2019. The GV should be back into inventory now or very shortly if anyone needs nights!

Thanks! I had no idea this was such a horrible issue every year. I guess it makes sense for AmEx to save money by not allowing cardmembers to use this "benefit" for the first 4 or 5 months of each...
