Last chance to join the amazing Star Alliance Mega DO
As most of you probably know, we have always tried to do an annual get together for us SAS flyers on Flyertalk. We have been all over the globe and this year we have chartered a 757 and will be making several stops in Europe, one of which is in Toulouse.
The event will take place November 5th and 6th and ticketing will close on September 23rd.
So if you want to visit an SAS base and mingle with airline CEOs, get a very exclusive inside tour of Airbus, have dinner with Jaan Albrecht, CEO of Star alliance among many other things time is running out!
The price is 465 Euros in M and 760 Euros in C (middle seat blocked and a very special catering).
BMI, LH and CO will award 15.000 status and redeemable miles for these flights, we are working with SAS to get them to do the same.
These prices include everything throughout the event, except hotel.

Which of you regular SAS FTers will attend ? Myself (not a very frequent flyer /nor visitor here these days will attend. This will be another fun and great FT DO for sure. So come on make the booking and see you all in FRA/OSL...^

We are now at 182 sold seats out of 229. Ticketing has slowed significantly after we extended the deadline till Wednesday the 30th of September.
We are holding around 25 seats for airlines and press, leaving us around 23 seats still for sale. We have sent out username and passwords for around 50 people the last couple of days, so we are pretty confident the last 23 seats will be sold
Last week we didn't get a lot of work done (yes, we actually have jobs ) due to everyone ticketing on the exact deadline day. We were extremely busy replying to hundreds of e-mails and PMs.
The 30th will be the last day to ticket, there will be no extension due to deadlines for paperwork that needs to be filed etc.
If you want to help out: If you are planning to join, please try to get ticketing done as soon as possible so we don't get the same rush on the 30th.

A340GOT and I are flying to Frankfurt from ARN/GOT respectively to have a few drinks on the night before the main event. Then we're booked in Y for the DO flights and go back home on friday night after Lufthansa Tech visits.
