Retro registration
How long does it take for the retro-registration office to process a manual registration of points? It seems to take quite a long time...

In my experience; a couple of weeks. Normally within a week or as soon as they have received the documentation. Drop them a mail if it takes too long.

6 weeks unfortunately. You know that you can e-mail them ?
