EB Award Booking question

Hello,

I just tried to book SYD-SIN-BKK-CPH via Eurobonus Member Service and was told the routing was not allowed. I could only transfer via one point in Asia despite no stopover. For example SYD-SIN-CPH or SYD-BKK-CPH was allowed.
Unfortunately there is no availibilty this way...

Could anyone confirm this is really the case with Eurobonus or have I just caught the wrong agent?

Thanks

My understanding is you are actually only allowed one transfer in the transfer zone as per the point spending table, other routings are definately allowed but you will need to use more points.
