Thumbs down No more child discount for up to 15 years

From SAS salsinfo: Change in child definition on SAS Intercontinental fares
SAS definition of the age of children will change to 02-11 years
for reservations made on/after 01OCT08.

As far as I know, it has only been a 50% discount on bonus flights that allowed children up to 17 years old. I thought that the child rate for a paid ticket was for ages 2 to 11.

That's odd because I thought they had already changed it. When booking our flights, IAD-CPH, this past summer, we paid the adult fare for our 13 year old. That was the only option. Flights were booked on the SAS website.

Will it be different defintions depending on destination?

Where on the website can I even find information about this?
