Getting SA points registered
 

I was several weeks ago in South Africa and had many SA flights in C. These points have not appeared on my EBG account. Does anyone had similar experiences? Do they normally take several weeks in order to appear? :confused:

My last South African flights took around four weeks to register at EuroBonus.

When i flew with domestic SA this easter it took only 5 days to get the points posted

But acording to my colegue that often fly SA both domestic and internationalk it takes somwhere between 3 days and 6 weeks for the points from SA to be posted on hes EBG account.

I used to have the problem of my EB account thinking that I was flying SA when i travelled to the US and it took months to sort it out. Sounds like they still have trouble in some form with the SA code.

I have had some problems with geting the points from SA flights too. I finally shipped the bordingpasses to EB for registration.
But as the others has stated, it often takes a bit of time before you see the points in you account.
