NYC-CPH

BA is having a "sale" with prices @ around USD 400 (tax included). Why is SAS matching? Their fares are SO expensive!!!

Does anyone have any other sites/agents that might give a better rate. I want to visit CPH in the fall

Lots of reasons SK may not be matching BA:

1. SK has had strong sales already and flights are well booked at higher fares, thus more profitable
2. SK has far fewer seats each day to fill across the Atlantic compared to BA, thus BA must discount more heavily
3. SK service is non-stop and there is always a premium applied to flying non-stop versus having to connect at a non-national carrier's hub
4. Have you ever flown BA's back cabin compared with SK's? You might want to pay a bit more on SK if you have been on a full flight on the British carrier.

If you are two people travelling, then check out SAS's Two for One promo.

You have to book by 30 September, and it has to be a published H fare.
The cheapest H fare I could find on Travelocity seems to be HLXANS which is USD667 (with lots of restrictions though - 1NOV-16DEC, midweek travel etc).
Taxes are USD84.30 so a total would be USD835.60 for two people travelling together.

And for the really good news - you earn EB points on BOTH TICKETS!

The offer is here:
