800 number in USA still down

SAS cannot be reached with the 800 number today (or yesterday) allegedly due to the power outage. They are in Lyndhurst, NJ.... hmmmm.

SAS also has local phonenumbers in NYC,WAS,CHI and SEA. Have you tried these? I guess WAS is the best option for you. I can have those numbers on monday but then I am sure that the 1-800 works.

Maybe the 1-800 works already, or you found the WAS number... but here's the Chicago number from my Outlook just in case: (773) 686-5885, and fax (773) 601-8198

I have one for IAD but it went into a Danish lady's voice mail. I was calling during peak check-in time for SK 926 though. I am surprised that they still have these problems. I thought things were largely up and running in NJ.
