Is there any way to upgrade on SAS with Amex MR points or AA miles?

Not possible, the only way to upgrade on SK operated flights is using your EuroBonus points.

Only possible with Diners from Sweden or Denmark in which case you would transfer the Diners Club points into SAS Eurobonus points.

Amex UK MR used to have conversion possibilities at the very nice 1 MR points = 2 EB points, sadly this disappeared 2-3 years ago. Wouldn't mind having it reintroduced, though..
