Easter in the US

does anyone have news on LH/SK fares ARN-NYC/IAD for easter? All good offers (VSALE aprox 3000 SEK)end April 10. But I want to travel around April 11-27 for two weeks...

VSALE has been extended to May 25! 3000 SEK plus tax ARN-New York on SK/UA/LH which ever way you can imagine or combine...

That's great news! Any europeans noticed that bonus trips NYC-ARN/CPH/OSL is 50k/70k when ARN/CPH/OSL-NYC is 70k/110k? Makes it a lot more affordable to deduct miles for the reverse routing-- which is also bookable.

If you intend to travel twice and mix award and paid tickets, 70k + 3000 SEK for coach/business.

An example (irrespective of min/max stays):

Feb 28 ARN-NYC Coach (booking1, paid)
Mar 05 NYC-ARN Business (booking2, award)

Apr 15 ARN-NYC Business (booking2, award)
Apr 20 NYC-ARN Coach (booking1, paid)

I hope you are not all confused by now! Anyone see any problems with this?

Not only that, NYC/CHI/WAS/SEA - Europe is 50k/70k, with stopovers permitted in Scandinavia in both directions! So, you should be able to get a free trip in-between Mar06-Apr15 to any SAS destination in Europe for no additional points.

Wow- thanks! You just convinced me that flyertalk is a good time investment http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

I found some other threads on this, which is apparently called "nesting" or "back-to-back" with the airline rules and legal aspects related to that. I will however go ahead and experiment with some dates.
