The "big" 10 year campaign special with 5000 basic points per 30 segments gives you a total of e.g. from CPH

1533 per leg europe business CPH-LON,CPH-PAR
CPH-BRU, CPH-AMS , CPH-ZRH, CPH-VIE, CPH-MUC, CPH-PRG, CPH-WAW.normal is 1200.

CPH-PAR is normally 2400. Add to that 167 (5000/30 "big campaign") and 250 (the 5000 miles per 20 C segments that's been ongoing since 92). Total is 2817. (CPH-LON would be 1617).

So, it's not as bad as you indicate. However, I think 2500 miles on LH can still "buy you" more than 2817 miles on SK.

You are right about Paris, did they change that recently with the regrouping of France and italy to the 30000 pionts for bonustravel instead of 20000 ???

I know that ARN-CDG has been 3600 points in C since at least 1993 (and probably since EB started). I would assume CPH-CDG has always been 2400.
