Tight Connection in Copenhagen
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not could the mods please move?
We are looking at a flight from Rome to Seattle that stops in Copenhagen. The first leg is with SAS. In Copenhagen we switch to a United flight. It is a one hour layover. Is that enough time to catch the United flight? Does anyone know if we will have to go through security in Copenhagen? Thanks, jb |

Thanks, jb And you will be flying SAS on both legs; the UA flight CPH-SEA is a SAS codeshare, on SK metal. |
You don't have to go through security when arriving from Rome, and 1hr should be enough.
And btw: you will not connect to a United flight as they don't fly to CPH....all "United" flights operating to/from CPH are SK-codeshare |
No worries - only catch is late arrival from Rome - but that risk is always there. Min connection time in CPH is 45min. No security hassles - you may have an extra security screening at the gate, but that will take place AFTER you have handed over your boarding pass - and SK will not leave with you in teh gate area.
