Stayed two nights at a Radisson in MCO this week. They had no idea of SAS EB. I asked about late check-out, which was available until 18 if I pay for it. Saying it is a benefit with the EB-program, the receptionist asked the manager and then came back and offered me 14. 14 was enough for me, never bothered with the room upgrade.
