Did you try in C class? SK C class is only 50% more expensive, and often they have a lot more availability in C than in M. More than once I have had to buy some segments in C to manage to stitch a trip together. (And SK C is actually a pretty decent product... well, with a 200MSEK in deficit for the first two quarters... we'll see how long that lasts.)
