Refund incorrect
Sas changed the schedule on a flight, and offered med to accept or receive usd 289 to cancel.
I cancelled. The only mail/confirmation I received said they are working on the refund with no amount stated. A week later, I am refunded the taxes only. Contacting SAS they say there is nothing they can do. So, take a sceenshot before accepting. |
Well, the schedule change is in the system, and with it along your right to cancel with full refund. Assuming the schedule change is significant enough. Care to elaborate what the change was? Then we can recommend next steps... assuming you were entitled to a full refund, I would not let them get away with this, e.g. complain to DOT.
