This time it was 295€/night for the room and 25€ breakfast. But they didn’t say if it was 25€ per guest or 25€ per room. I guess 25€ per guest. So more like 345€/night.

That's expensive and I wonder if Marriott Platinums or above get the 25 EUR back from breakfast :D

That would depend on how the booking was made. Third party of central conference booking, no Bonvoy benefits. Though third party is really select third parties as a lot of corporate travel third parties are not excluded.

I think the terms said payments will be made directly to the hotel, so I guess it is directly through Marriott.
