Website issues - login + PlusGrade
Is anyone else having trouble logging in to the websites sas.se/.no/.dk? I use Firefox, and cannot log in. Nothing happens at all when I click log in after filling in my info. I can, however, log in to flysas.com, and also via indirect access points like the Lifetime Gold page of the Diamond page. I have no problems logging in with Opera or Edge.
Also - the PlusGrade page seems really wonky. I went to change my bid for a flight on Friday, and could not do anything - It gave my bid in points (20,000) in text, and said I had bid 6500 on the meter (I assume this means SEK6500), and gave no option to increase the point bid. Has anyone else noticed this? |
Well, funny enough I couldn't log into flysas.com. Always says "wrong login information". Using the exact same username+password on sas.se works without any issue. I supposed they split their infrastructure and messed up the data migration from the source system into the new one... or the replication is not yet finished before going live. Amateur mistake, but I see things like that happen all the time. I guess it will go away over the day when the systems catches up.

The problem is that it has been like this for two weeks. I had a colleague check his upgrade page and everything works like it should. Mine shows this:

Using the website with Firefox is also broken for me in a couple of areas - couldn't get to the 'rebook flight' page for example, it just shows the 'working ... animation'. Chrome worked fine.

I'm not sure it's Firefox which is the problem. On my private laptop I have had issues with the plusgrade site on Firefox for a while, while it work fine on my company laptop with same OS and browser version. It turned out it was the enhanced tracking protection in firefox which blocked the site from working properly. It was turned on on my private laptop, but not on my company laptop.
SK IT - drop the space and you get the picture (for you non-Nordics, skit is Swedish for... I think you get it. :p) |
