Well, it might have been also a flock of seagulls, goose or swans suddenly take off and are projected to cross the approach path. At CPH they often, as a precaution, abort takeoffs and landings to avoid unnecessary risk for bird strike.

Several smaller changes compared to A330/A340 (apart from the seat config., of course). From one who have been onboard (in Danish)

I was on board the plane. There is still an espresso machine. It is next to the fridge with a glass window you can see in the article. You should be allowed to use both yourself.

I tried the seat. It was better than I feared. The leg rest being reintroduced is great news. The seat is slightly narrower than the current one but not much.
