Loyalty Level 3?
While considering an upgrade for points, I noticed on the website that I’m “Loyalty Level 3” - what does that mean? 3 = EBG?

Yes, that’s a good point! I have a MC Premium with the highest level (can book J for M points). At some point I was holding 3 award Reservations in J on overlapning dates, an agent confimed this was OK because I was “level 4” if I remeber correctly.
