I love their optimism! unsurprisingly Ture couldn't help me, so was supposed to transfer me to a human ... but it didn't work ... so I started another chat ... and it still didn't work ... does Ture to Human ever work? https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...a51f17f11c.png Ture to Human - hanging The first time worked without issue. The second time I had place #8 in the queue for a long time. I then figured out that the chat window doesn't auto-scroll down once the CSR joins the chat (at least not on my Macbook using a chrome-based browser). Once I just manually kept checking to see if were new messages it work. As we're talking about IT in general and SK IT in particular, your mileage may vary. |
