How far in advance can an EB reward trip be booked?

How far in advance can an EB reward trip be booked?
I would like to look into booking a trip for April next year, but although it seems theoretically possible (i.e., you can pick dates in April - up to the 20th) - they show no availability, which I find a little strange. They're hardly snapped up already? Rather they haven't release any tickets yet, right?
