flysas.com/feedback does not work
On July 16 I filed a complaint at flysas.com/feedback and have send a reminder on August 8, 2015. Besides the automated e-mail confirmations I did not receive any reply on my complaint. I specificly asked for a reply and the Purser give me the flysas.com/feedback details and her name. Complaint was about not working J seats on the first row of a A340.
Is there any otherway to file a complaint at SAS and get a SAS reply? |

Indeed I got a quick reply from SAS Facebook staff with the request to wait.
So no direct help. However, to-day I got a positive reply from Customer Service re: my complaint. It took SAS (16/7 till 30/9) nearly 2 1/2 months to reply. I donot know whether that is still acceptable in to-days aviation industry? |
That is not acceptable in any industry, let alone in one where you payed for a premium product and did not completely receive what you paid for.
