X or I space to LYR in 4/2016
I'm doing some pre-panning for a trip to Svalbard April 16-24 2016 ±1 day.
Does SK release I and X space to *A (hope to use Air Canada points)?
I've been doing some searches on the Aeroplan booking engine and there is 0 availability showing. Just figuring out if it's a SK inventory problem or AC redemption problem.

Turns out it's an unfortunate restriction in the Aeroplan booking system.
The maximum permitted mileage for city pair YVR-LYR is 6196 mi and the shortest possible route is YVR-LHR-OSL-TOS-LYR which rings in at 6728.
Therefore it is impossible to redeem for my trip wholly with Aeroplan points!
Looks like I'm on an award YVR-TOS and then cash for TOS-LYR.
