Can I trust this: https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/ln-rkp (saying that LN-RKP has been in CPH the last two days?). I am on A340 22/05 CPH-EWR, and my gut is having a sense that this will be operated by LN-RKP. This is how the seat map looks on expert flyer:
I cannot load the seat map on SAS which is perhaps they are just reallocating pax after equipment change?
My (expensive, IMHO) upgrade went through. I won't mind LN-RKP, as I need the flat bed. The freshness of the cabin is less important. But obviously I would enjoy the new cabin much more.

If you already have a booking and have EBG or higher status, you can select you seat under my bookings on the SAS web sites. This might not be possible if they are currently changing metal for the flight, but then it won't be possible during booking either.

EDIT: Fassy, thanks for the tip with a dummy boking. highupinthesky, indeed it does not load either on a dummy booking. (NB. Holy cow! They do charge pretty for a 1-way to EWR on 2 day notice in C: 27.5 KDKK ).

This time however. It's an additional bird arriving and there are no additional routes scheduled before LN-RKP is put to rest once the first A350 arrives at the end of the summer schedule in about 3 months time. I'm therefore confident that we will see LN-RKP spending more time on the ground than in the air, unless SK want's to pull the last miles out of it, which I do doubt that will be the case.
