Unlikely to happen traffic is usually at a lower on the Xmas days, so there would need to be a lot of technical issues before LN-RKP comes in to play. But nothing is ever certain....

Considering that LN-RKP has been used for two straight rotations from ARN, do you still stand by your "If you really want to avoid the bird - then fly out of ARN." conclusion that LN-RKP is never used out of ARN? Or are you, unlike someone higher up, able to admit that you were wrong?

I saw a reason why LN-RKP is active at the moment. When landing at LAX this morning there was an SK A330 on a remote stand. Today's flight is delayed and not scheduled to land for another 50 minutes, so it was not just an early arrival.

Not sure about the A330, but we had our (originally scheduled A340) bird hit by lightning at the end of July and taken out of service - was very worried that RKP was going to sub that flight!
Luckily, another one was provided with a 4 hour delay in departure...
