Online check in a bust?

Trying to kick off my trip tomorrow by doing the check in online but I get a error message on sas.fi sas.se and blue1.fi, I wonder if its a problem with my res or a general problem... I thought SAS IT would be on super alert for tomorrows festivities :)

I think I've had this problem a couple of times (all of them with KF-operated flights). One time I called SAS IT, who claimed there are two passengers with same name on the flight, disabling the OLCI.

I didn't buy that, so I called Blue1 (a horrendously expensive number) instead: they said name has nothing to do with the problem, but instead the travel agent has not transmitted passengers' titles (MR/MS) with the booking, hence must present ID at the counter. That was nonsense, since the CI worked without problem, without need to scan the passport, with the airport check-in machine.

I did, however, complain to the travel agent afterwards, who replied that there was nothing wrong with the booking... and indeed, I had booked several Blue1 flights around the same time, at the same online TA, and none of the other ones had any check-in problems.

On the other hand, I've also got a general OLCI error message in the past, and only at the airport did it tun out that the flight was actually cancelled.

SAS IT wakeup!

Online check in has been broken for whole of today it seems. Is SAS IT so incompetent they cannot resolve this promptly? Prepare for waiting in check-in counter / automat lines tomorrow as this affects the entire airline.

I had problems with picking seats if my card was entered as silver in the reservation. The system would not recognize entirely that my status is gold. It would say that I can assign seats, but when I clicked on the seat selection it would fail either before loading the seatmap, or just after I selected seats. The workaround I found was to access the reservation from miles-and-more website, fix the card no. there, and then select seats at sas.dk.

I do not recall OLCI problems with tickets bought from SK. I often experience these with tickets bought from expedia, or tickets of other *A carriers serviced by SK in CPH. This is in fact one of the main reasons for me using expedia less and less.
