If you book a EB-award trip during a point bargain within the limited travel period, is it possible to later rebook on dates outside of the discounted travel period?

You can cancel and then book something else at normal price.

Speciel condition for these offers: "Reservations cannot be changed after booking period is over, then normal award price applies."

I guess that "changed" includes cancelation. But no later than June 14th in this case.
