SAS and Scandic partner program
Dear all, please note that rules were changed by Scandic effective September 1st. You will not get miles for staying in Scandic if you are want to collect both miles and their own bonus points. Here is part of email i got this morning
Hi Mykhailo, Thank you for taking the time to write Scandic Member Service. We are pleased to help you. First of all, from September 1st, you can no longer have both points from SAS Eurobonus and Scandic at the same time. You will have to choose. As your Eurobonus card was not attached to the bookings on August 12th and August 16th, you will have to claim those points directly by SAS Eurobonus. |

The only one I know for certain allows double-dipping is Hilton Honors. |
uahero, I just discovered that the retro rules on hotels has changed. You must contact the hotels direcly, online, by mail, phone depending on hotel chain. On Scandic by e-mail! http://www.flysas.com/en/EuroBonus/S...candic_Hotels/

I noticed this happening for Radisson as well this week (the goldpoints plus program) at check-in. I could either have the 500 EB points or points to the hotel program (kind of a no brainer to take the points for the hotel program).

You will still be double dipped for Malmö Aviation and Finnair though! At least for now.
