I've booked a bonus trip, and now I want to change it. But it is not possible to retrieve my booking, it's simply not there. Called member service, but they didn't know why I couldn't find my booking, and explained that there should be a tab or button called 'bookings made after June 2010'. No such thing in my browser, and now I have to pay member service to change it.
Had I nor been really tired at that point, I'd probably have objected to telling my password over the phone to a representative of a company that continue to redefine incompetence in their primary customer-facing IT system...

Just noticed , that I´m now finally able to access and see my Bonus trip reservations. The design and layout of "My Reservations " has also been changed. The bonus trips are not under a separate tap anymore, but appear listed together with the other reservations .^

My oh my, now I can see mine as well. The rocket science of retrieving reservations has now settled within the IT-department
