I fly JJ frequently and am the highest Elite status in their FF program, Vermelho (Red). The inflight product is usually very good to excellent. Ground service is highly variable depending on station, it seems to me. They're good at CDG and JFK I find. Their ontime performance is nothing stellar, but the international performance is better than domestic. On domestic flights they're all economy, and awards are cheap and easy to get. I have no experience with their treatment of other programs, nor of their *A since it is happening now. I have noticed a few *A people getting access to JJ lounges domestically.
I hope that helps a little. |
