Munich is getting closer to Stockholm...
It used to be that MUC-ARN on LH gives 900 points in economy or 1800 in business. Last week I flew that segment in business and now it only gave 1600 (2x800) points.
Hmm? Is Munich getting closer to Stockholm or have Lufthansa started to round towards the nearest 100 not up to the next 100 miles? A cunning plan to save some cents...
Have anyone else experienced other routes where the points seems to have changed?

Entering MUC-ARN on http://www.staralliance.com/ returns:
"Total distance 792 miles"
So it looks like that is the actual distance and 800 miles per segment is correct, however city distance (not airport at that city) appears to be 820 miles according to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldcloc...?p1=168&p2=239

Haven't flown this route for some time, but when I look at my old point earnings it does seem like I got 900 points (M)/1800 points (C) flying ARN-MUC on LH, based on a distance of 820 miles.
When checking the Star Alliance timetable it now says 792 miles instead.
I wonder why it changed?!

some time since my last time to MUC, but I scrolled through old statements and found a flight in Economy B class from 2008, awarding me 800 points
08 Mar 2008 Stockholm - MunichLH 3023 B Economy
Baspoäng 800
so maybe back to some old standard again?
