Any advice before trying to get refund for medical emergency?
Hi all,
I'm about to fax SAS a note from our doctor to confirm a medical emergency in the family to get a refund for a ticket we couldn't use.
Any advice/things I should be aware of before I try this?

PS The fax number I got was 201-896-3723 - would much prefer an email...
