When did intra-Europe OT become possible? Any datapoints on successful bids?

One attempt and it was successful...
Bid placed on 11NOV.
Leg 1 CPH-HAM 02DEC (OT confirmation mail on 30NOV)
Leg 2 HAM-CPH 03DEC (OT confirmation mail on 02DEC)
I never received an updated e-ticket from SAS (as I have been used to with longhaul OT upgrades) and thus don't know what the new booking class was.
I did not pay attention to how full either flight was and can not say how it might have affected my success with the upgrade.
Not sure where I picked up the possibility of intra-european OT but I think it was in a thread in this forum...?
Either way, on 27NOV I received a targeted email from SAS, that it would be possible to "get a smooth journey to Hamburg" (in SAS Plus) for a trip on 10DEC.
I did not pick up on that one and I doubt that I will in the future - I was just curious and no way am I paying to boost a trip that is 30 minutes airborne and now only provides the same amount of points that I used to get on this route.

I thought they completely removed the functionality for checking seat availability some months ago. How are you able to check status for the next week?
I don't know of any places that offer this service for free. ExpertFlyer and KVSTool should have the information, or some generous FTer might provide you with the information.

Excellent value for the money in terms of EuroBonus points but not too sure it will continue that way as they now also cut down that earning.
Not sure which class they will book into, I guess J, Y, S, B, P, A at 1500 points.

SK CPH-IAD this Sat (10.01.), bought option at approx 48 hrs before departure, upgrade Go to Business cleared at 44 hrs to dep.
Applied for both Plus and Business at 205/442 USD.
Interestingly, the PNR now says Z-Business, however M&M (where I largely credit to) claims Z is an Economy booking class. All SK Businesss fare accrue 200% with M&M, Z (as high Eco I guess) 150%. Any advice on how to realize a 200% earning with M&M? Go for a retrocredit? Or just be happy I went up from 150% from much less?

The table in M&M is wrongly attributing Z to economy, but the 150% is correct. The low discounted business fares usually get 150% with M&M.

Congratulations! You have been upgraded to SAS Plus for your flight SK1635 Copenhagen - Frankfurt.
Again, so far 100% quote for 10+ Inter-European trips.Let's see which class they book into. (by the way, flight was booked through corporate TA on SK ticket stock 117 and includes 3 non-SK segments - CPH-FRA on SK FRA-GRZ-VIE-CPH on OS)

Just got a new e-ticket as well, so they still exchange the ticket but it still says fare basis MDKRTM, same as the original - the SAS app show me booked in Plus. Let's hope it still gives points otherwise this was my last OptionTown booking.

Intra-Europe now rebooks into Z, see the updated wiki I posted above. Did you take a look at the eticket receipt using saudia website?
1. Go to: http://www.bookonline.saudiairlines....R_CANCEL=FALSE
2. Manage my booking -> Search for an e-ticket
