Indeed, that's true. Only the "Fred Flintstone house" is the G rated name for the place, used by newscasters. In our family, that house has always been known as the "Pile of S*** House." Currently it is painted sorta orange, suggesting that whoever my title refers to eats a lot of carrots.

I think this house is cool. Since it sold the past two times within a couple of hours of being put on the market, others apparently agree with me.:)

Regardless, it's a huge landmark, at least northbound 280. I always watch for it, and smile.

The year long work they've put into fixing the road has really made the ride a lot smoother. All those midnight road work, the bright blinding lights, the single lane roads. Too bad it was too dark to see anything though it does get nerve wrecking when you see their truck coming at you with half a person sticking out of the side picking up the cones on the road.
