Best places to eat at SFO

Hi all, just looking for recommendations on the best places to eat at SFO.
Will be arriving from an International flight, just after 9am if all goes to plan so would imagine being through Customs/Immigration by about 10ish , then a 5 hour layover before my Domestic flight leaves from T2.
At that time of the Morning, thinking more along the likes of Breakfast/Brunch but open to all ideas.
Thanks.

I'd be tempted to leave the airport, take a bus over to the Millbrae Transit Center on the other side of the freeway, and walk over to In N Out Burger, if I had 5 hours to kill.
Route SFO

In N Out isn't THAT good. For me, it's my go-to when I'm on a road trip and it's late at night and I'm hungry and not much is open. They're usually open till 1:00 or 1:30 AM.

On the other hand, there are dim sum places and the like that might be worth going off-airport to visit, and the OP's schedule should work well for that.

I think T2 has amazing food, even if at airport prices. I'm lazy so I'd just go from intl to T2, go through TSA, then enjoy any or a mix of:
napa farms market (eggs / bagel breakfast; sandwiches; pizza; salads, etc)
bar next to Napa Farms
Japanese restaurant
burger joint for American comfort food
Pink berry frozen yogurt
peets coffee
cat Cora spot

i see zero value from In'n'Out burgers unless you're a teenager

t2 seating is cozy

So on Saturday we had 2++ hours in T2 after tsa. We had pizza, panini, and coffee at Napa farms. Then I got a cheeseburger & fries for my baby at Burger Joint.
I saw delicious bowls of ramen at a departure gate from the Japanese spot
and the restaurant options (i.e. Table service) looked great!

airport food doesn't have to be this great because we are all a captive audience so I appreciate these choices!

I go to Cat Cora's in the middle of T2. Good food prepared right there, and you're close to all the 50-series gates so can linger until boarding.

I recently transited via SFO and was sorely disappointed to see that Boudin Bakery was no longer in the T3 rotunda. I love their sourdough chowder bowl

Bahn mi place in T3 is my usual grab-and-go when I'm running late. Not bad. Not as good as what you'll find in the city but not bad.
