SFO Announces Parking Garage Changes to Improve Roadway Traffic Flow
Essentially, they'll all be in the parking garage "loading area" upper level. (Unsure if any changes to Int'l Terminal pickup or drop off.)

International terminal will still have pick ups at curbside
International terminal will still have curbside pick up for both UberPool and Lyft line. Uber X, Uber select and Uber black car with will still pick up arriving passengers on the departures level as they have been doing.
