Lightspeed Survey Site Problems
 
I have been a member of the Lightspeed survey panel for a few years and (for the most part) have been able to complete surveys and redeem points without incident. However, for the last 2-3 weeks, I have found I cannot log into their website at all. Today their site was not even coming up when I accessed their website address, so I fear they may be out of business. I have emailed them several times but have received no responses. In searching through this forum (and Google in general) I have not seen reports from others with the same issues. For those few folks out there who use this site, have you experienced any similar issues lately? Thanks very much for any info!

I logged on today without any problems and completed a survey about 5 or 6 days ago without problems.

My experience, however, regarding their lack of communication in general is very similar to yours. Once upon a time (not long after I became a member), I emailed them about a problem with redemption. They didn't respond. I kept e-mailing them over and over countless times because they were not responding, and I finally just gave up. My approach to Lightspeed Panel since is to just never expect a response from them.

I've been a member for many years. I was able to log in today without an issue. I echo the communication issue, though... they have never responded to any email I've ever sent. Not a single one. Thankfully, none of the issues were major, but yes, don't expect a response.

I found that I've always gotten a response if I contact them from the rewards page under the "contact us" tab. Never gotten a reply emailing them directly though.

That's how I always contact them. Never gotten anything.

Thanks very much for the replies folks - it's very encouraging to hear of your successes. I have communicated my issues to "Lauren" both via external email as well as using the "contact us" tab (several times), but it appears I just need to keep at it. Hope you all have a good holiday weekend.
