Is there any point in getting points at these other swag sites? I thought we can only redeem points from a particular program with that program. Is that still correct?

In my opinion there's little value in getting points in these other sites, unless you're a real devotee of the site topic itself and you're going to focus on that. Occasionally you can use site-specific points to enter sweepstakes for other prizes that you may value, but that's a personal choice, and it's only a "chance". Site-specific points also "corrupt" your "real" Swagbucks available points, so in my case, after trying some of these, I AVOID the related sites.
