Anyone with a E Rewards redemption chart
 
Does anyone have a redemption frequency chart for E Rewards? I.E.. AA twice per year.

i don t think such a table exists but you can go to the rewards section there and check it

I originally signed up with DL so I only get SkyMiles. They just came out with new program that you can now redeem for DL miles once per quarter, four times per year. I don't know if AA redemption followed suit. Something worth looking into for AA people.

You'd have to click on each redemption type to get the details(amount of points and frequency of redemption).
