A Promotion in Vancouver may not be honored in DC
 
To my recollection, Air Miles is mostly a Canadian program (at least I did not hear of it until I moved to Canada). Would the same promotion in Vancouver be available to TrojanHorse in the DC area (or anyone else in the U.S. for that matter)?
