Has someone tried redeeming FB awards yet?

The e-rewards website claims Flying Blue numbers must have 12 digits, whereas to my knowledge they have 10 digits (mine certainly does).

Thanks for any leads

Exactly! I tried redeeming yesterday and it won't let me, forcing me to put in 12 digits. I tried adding "AF" or "KL" up front. I tried putting dashes or spaces in. None of this works.

Yet another reasan e-rewards sucks.
