I have consumed this cereal before and I think it's good but it's all about your taste (but maybe I like sticks LOL). Actually it's not bad. I previously got the Khashi TLC bar and I don't get junk mail from them. Just don't check the box that says send me info. I also have a junk email account just in case :)

I have seen it and wondered if it was any good- this way I dont have to spend any money to find out. Thanks

only cereal i buy. all natural, and great on yogurt. glad i happened upon the sample, this stuff is expensive.

also, it is really, really crunchy. watch out if you have dentures :D
