BTW, played that Wendy's game again yesterday and today. Yesterday I was only able to get 5 wins for the whole day using 5 different OS, 4 different browsers and 2 computers. Today - won 12 in a row using the same browser. Go figure.

When you open a new account click on "Pick Up Points" link to see if you are offered any bonus points. Usually, it's either 50 bonus points for 35 points entered within 30 days or 20 for, I think, 3 points entered within 10. Points usually post to the account a couple of days after the deposit requirement is fulfilled.

Dont get me wrong, since program started I have gotten some good items: Binoculars, toaster, MP3 player, earbuds, stone mountain passes, wireless headphones, free cokes, movie passes, blockbuster, subway and best buy gift cards, many magazines....but none of it was worth more than $50 by itself...anything worth $50 now will cost you 2000 points which by todays rules would take you over 4 months to accumulate in one account.

I sense some doubters out there, thinking maybe I'm blowing smoke. A simple thread search would have shed light on what we've been doing, see posts # 3674 and 3743.

1. Once again you can get $10 Live Nation concert cash codes for only 100 MCR points.

2. It's been a terrible summer for ticket sales for most summer concerts, as a result Live Nation has periodically had $10 sales for certain concert tickets, the list changes daily, here is today's list, it may be different - or totally gone - tomorrow.

3. If you have a sense of what is a good deal and what is not there are sometimes some real steals to be had using the $10 MCR codes for free concert tickets. As I said earlier Robert Plant in FL brought approx $30 each on eBay and StubHub, we also grabbed a boatload of Crosby Stills & Nash which brought in well over $20 each on the secondary market.

No way would I waste approx 600 MCR points on a 2K PCR voucher (remember 2K points can instead be bought from PC for only $12) when I could use those same 600 MCR points to get six $10 Live Nation codes for 6 free concert tickets which can easily be sold resulting in $60+ cash in our pockets.
