New 50% off code at restaurant.com

New 50% off code at restaurant.com. Sale ends Feb 10th. Simply enter SWEETHEART at checkout. Pretty cool.

I go through fatwallet (but there are other rebate portals too) and get cash back on every purchase. Then I go to a rewards network restaurant and earn miles on the meal.

This is really a aisckness.

Thank you! That was a great deal...

As I just ordered 90.00 worth of food for $13.50 at restaurants we frequent!

I've never really checked out restaurant.com before. Actually I think I did once but thought it was too good to be true. I just looked now and I can get a $25 gift certificate to one of my favorite restaurants for $10, then with the code above, it is only $5. Is it a real deal? If so, I'm all over it. Thanks for the tip.

awesome!!

Thanks for posting this. I've used restaurant.com in the past, but there's no way someone can pass up 50% off :p

It's real, just make sure you understand the conditions of each restaurant. Some limit days you can use them, most say only one per table, some are one per 30 days, etc.

For example, from one local place (leaving many conditions out):

Must present gift certificate prior to service. Valid with party of 4 or more.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Limit one (1) redemption per party, per month, per restaurant.
• Limit one (1) dining certificate per redemption. Only one dining certificate can be used per party, even if the party is seated at separate tables and/or receives more than one check.
• Use of dining certificates for alcoholic beverages is at the sole discretion of the merchant.
• Dining certificates cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances.
• No cash back upon redemption or at any other time.
• Valid Tue-Thu, Sat for lunch with a minimum purchase of $15.

etc. I'm not a huge fan of the must present prior to service places, that makes you wonder.......Some are cash only, etc.

But if all of that fits what you are looking for, yes they are a great way to save $20 on the check.

There is a long-standing thread here where new restaurant.com codes (they come out regularly, from 40% off to 60% off) have been posted for about the last two and a half years. People looking for the new codes might want to check there (or maybe "sticky" that thread?).
