Are you sure you ordered the calendar?
There are 2 buttons - the first says "send mail" and it just sends your info and comments.
The second (lower) is to order the calendar - sends you to Pay Pal with a balance of $2.99.

On my browser, the second button was below my display, so I also thought the first button was the only one.
