does anyone have a phone number...i applied for 2000 delta miles..they took off the money....then i got an email saying that they could not fulfill the request....yet my 100 dollars were still taken off

Did you go through member services on their site to send them an email? Or did you just email them with an email address you had? I've had very good luck contacting them through member services on the website, so would recommend that if you haven't already done so.

Seems like moving this to S.P.A.M. will bring it to the attention of the right folks.

That stinks. Seems like most of us got emails saying we'd get the miles in 6-8 weeks. That's what mine said anyway. tls
